JSC "Salavatsteklo" developed, began to use and improve management system of the company that is based on quality management systems, health protection, work and the environment safety in order to improve the quality of products, technological processes and effectively manage activities in whole.
The basic management system is a quality management system that is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 since 2004 and it is confirmed by an international certificate.
History of management system development of JSC "Salavatsteklo”:
2003 – Making decision of the top management to develop and implement the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2000.
2003-2004 – Process of development and implementation of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2000.
2004 - Process of certification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2000 by the international certification body TÜV CERT.
2006 - 2008 - Development and introduction of quality management techniques for SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP according to ISO TU 16949: 2002 for automotive component manufacturers.
2008 - Making decision of the top management to create and implement the health and safety management system OHSAS 18001: 2007 and the environmental management system ISO 14001 on the basis of a functioning quality management system.
2010 - Recertification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2008 by the international certification body TÜV Thüringen e.V.
2008-2011 - Development and implementation of the health and safety management system OHSAS 18001: 2007 and the environmental management system ISO 14001.
2014 – Making decision of the top management about:
- Certification of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GOST R ISO / TU 16949-2009;
- Implementation of the 5S system.
2015 - certification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the national standard GOST R ISO / TU 16949-2009 by Association for certification "Russian Register".
2015-2017 - Implementation of the 5S system.
2016 - Implementation of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015.
2016 - Certification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 by the international certification body TUV Thuringen e.V.
2016-2017 - Implementation of the TRM Method (General Production Equipment Maintenance).
Based on the basic principles of company management, the authority of JSC "Salavatsteklo" managed to create united team that is aimed at the overall result. The presence of management system serves as a guarantor for consumers and all interested parties in providing their environmentally safe products with specified quality.
